THE FIT
WHAT PLAYERS ARE SAYING
i used to buy mens mediums and just deal with it. every tank rode up. every tee clung to my chest. id layer hoodies in the middle of summer just to feel okay at the gym. then i found SBA + threw out my entire gym drawer. the neckline sits tight, the shoulders drop wide. its like they measured MY body instead of guessing. nothing in my closet compares anymore. purpose built. thats the only word for it.
I've been looking for a binder alternative that doesn't crush my ribs for years. This is it. The compression is firm but I can actually breathe + train in it. Wore it under a tank to the gym + nobody knew. I genuinely got emotional the first time I put it on. Life changing.
Finally a brand that gets it. obsessed with my ibizas. The fit is perfect for broader shoulders + the fabric quality is insane for this price. Tapered waist, doesn't cling. this is the only brand that exists to me now. Already ordered the white one.
the drop shoulder on the london is perfect. i have wider shoulders and every other brand makes me look boxy. this actually follows my frame. walked past a mirror and actually liked what I saw
threw on the hawaii shorts + never looked back. replaced every pair of gym shorts I own. The 5" length hits perfect on muscular legs without riding up. Ordered black, came back for gray the same week.
COMF+ fabric. it doesnt cling because it has enough weight to drape instead of suction to your body. flat locked seams so nothing digs in. the bristol in black out is my daily. ruined every other brand for me. every detail was the point
LA hoodie is insanely heavy. In a good way. 560gsm feels like armor. LA hoodie over the sydney is the ultimate combo. Cropped fit sits perfect on my torso + the drop shoulders widen my frame. Only 4 stars bc I wish they had more colors tbh
the tokyo joggers are my new daily. The COMF+ fabric is something else, stretchy but structured. Relaxed through the hip without looking baggy. Wore them to the gym then straight to dinner and nobody could tell. obsessed is an understatement.
bought the dubai cargo on a whim and now its all i wear. the utility pockets are actually functional, not decorative. tailored waist + roomier hips is exactly the fit ive been looking for in a cargo pant
my berlins get more use than anything else i own. The 7" short with the compression layer underneath is genius. Two pieces in one. The outer short looks clean + the compression keeps everything locked during heavy squats. my whole friend group switched after seeing mine.
Finally a brand that gets it. obsessed with my ibizas. ruined every other brand for me. The fit is perfect for broader shoulders + the fabric quality is insane for this price. Tapered waist, doesn't cling. Already ordered the white one.
i used to buy mens mediums and just deal with it. the ibiza was the first tank where the armholes dont expose from the side. thats been my issue with every tank forever. this one covers what it needs to while still looking athletic. i can wear it over a binder without anything showing. showed up to the gym in just a tank for the first time in years. simple thing but no one else gets it right. purpose built is the only word for it
The rib texture on the ibiza is subtle but elevates the whole look. Wore it out to dinner + it didn't look like gym wear. Then trained in it the next morning. nothing in my closet compares anymore. Ordered both colors.
I'm 5'10", 180lbs, athletic build. ibiza in medium fits like it was made for me. Arm openings are cut wider than most which I appreciate for bigger arms.
the armholes dont expose from the side. thats been the dealbreaker with every other tank i owned. this one actually covers what it needs to while still looking athletic. wore it with zero anxiety. can wear it over a binder without anything showing
Rib texture is fire. Only 4 stars bc I wish it came in more colors. Black + white is clean but id buy every shade tbh. Drapes perfectly on a muscular frame without that boxy gym bro look
Broad shoulders, short torso. Finding tanks that don't hang past my hips is impossible. This one hits right at the waistband. my confidence went through the roof. Makes my shoulders look wider + my waist look tighter.
got the black out. wore it to the gym, then to grab food, then to a friends house. nobody asked "is that a gym shirt" it just looks like a nice tank. the rib knit gives it texture that reads premium
Every detail was the point. The stitching is clean, the cut sits right on the shoulder without bunching. I stopped buying "gender neutral" basics that are just mens smalls. first piece of clothing that made me feel like myself.
Bought the ibiza + the london to compare. Keeping both. Ibiza has that rib texture for going out. London is more minimal for pure training. Both fit broader shoulders without looking stretched.
ok so i was skeptical about a $35 tank being anything special but this hits different. the weight of the fabric alone tells you its not fast fashion. told everyone at my gym about this. ordered white space expecting it to be see through and its not even close. solid
5'7 155lbs got a small. Fits perfectly through the torso, not too tight not too loose. The tank stays tucked if you want it to or looks clean untucked. Versatile piece.
great tank. wish the straps were like 1cm wider but thats a nitpick. the rib knit fabric is premium and the black out color is a real black not that faded grey after 2 washes. would buy again
If your gym drawer still looks like someone elses wardrobe fix that. I can't stop talking about this brand. Thats the energy this brand has + the product backs it up. Flat locked seams, real engineering. Not a marketing gimmick with a rainbow sticker.
The drop shoulder on the london is perfect. I have wider shoulders + every other brand makes me look boxy. This actually follows my frame. the COMF+ fabric hits different. thick enough to feel premium but breathes during training.
Bought the london as a test before committing to more pieces. Now I have three. the COMF+ fabric hides everything underneath. no ridge lines no bumps. After 20+ washes still holds shape + color. No pilling, no stretching. threw out my entire gym drawer. This is what $35 should feel like.
the neckline on the london. it sits high and tight. not choking you, framing you. most mens tanks have a scoop neck that shows everything youre trying to flatten. this COMF+ fabric drapes instead of clinging. my chest is completely hidden. that single detail made me a customer for life
Drop shoulder widens you at the top. Hip sweep smooths you at the bottom. The whole silhouette is intentional. Other brands just take a mens pattern + shrink it. SBA re-engineered from scratch.
i was dressing to hide not to train. that was my whole gym experience before the london. actually looked forward to the gym for the first time. london in black out is my daily now. no layering a hoodie in 90 degree weather. no adjusting mid set.
Solid tank. Fabric weight heavier than expected which I actually prefer. Slight dock for sizing, im between M and L and went L. Touch loose in the torso but shoulders are spot on.
"gender neutral" doesnt mean anything if the pattern work is still based on a body that isnt mine. the london is purpose built. You feel it the second you put it on. Shoulders sit wide, nothing rides up. never felt this confident in my life.
Wore this under a hoodie for the first week because I was so used to layering. Then took the hoodie off mid workout + realized I didn't need it. The tank covers everything. showed up to the gym in just a tank for the first time in years. Haven't worn a hoodie to the gym since.
london in black out is a true deep black. not that faded grey most brands call black after two washes. still looks brand new after a month of weekly wear. clean minimal tank
if your gym drawer still looks like someone elses wardrobe fix that. flat locked seams, dense fabric, real engineering. not a marketing gimmick
the london in Shadow Heather is underrated. Goes with everything + doesn't show sweat like black does. Got it in M, 5'9 170lbs and it fits perfect through the chest + shoulders. I can't stop talking about this brand. Bought a second london immediately.
the COMF+ fabric on this is crazy. heavyweight fabric that drapes instead of clinging. drop shoulder cut widens my frame exactly where i want it. my stockholms are all i reach for now. walked past a mirror and actually liked what i saw
obsessed with the COMF+ line. got the london, stockholm + bristol. all the same premium fabric, all purpose built. the stockholm is my go-to for outside the gym though. same incredible fit as the london but i reach for it when i want to look a bit more put together.
Structured neckline sits perfect. No sagging, no stretching after washes. the COMF+ fabric hides everything underneath. no ridge lines no bumps. Wore the stockholm to a rooftop bar + got compliments. told everyone at my gym about this brand the next day.
love the feel. only thing is it wrinkles easier than the other tanks if you toss it in a gym bag. not a dealbreaker just worth knowing. the actual fit + fabric quality is top tier
stockholm london bristol. all COMF+. all purpose built. my entire top rotation. obsessed is an understatement. I reach for the stockholm whenever I want to look put together without trying. the fabric weight does all the work.
drop shoulder + COMF+ fabric = cheat code for making your upper body look wider. my chest is invisible under this. the weight of the fabric does all the work. ive gotten more compliments wearing the stockholm than anything else in my closet ngl. my confidence went through the roof
Between the stockholm + the ibiza I now own 4 SBA tanks. stockholm in Black Out is my go-to for anything outside the gym. Dinner, errands, drinks. It reads expensive.
I sweat a lot during training and the stockholm handles it well. the COMF+ weight means nothing shows through. wore it over my sydney + completely flat. still looks clean at the end of a session. same quality fabric as the london + bristol.
bought the stockholm blind based on how much i liked the london. same COMF+ fabric, same incredible fit. this is the only brand that exists to me now. SBA clearly knows what theyre doing with pattern work. every piece just works on my frame
the bristol is great fit, great fabric. the COMF+ fabric on this whole line is insane. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish they had more colors. The white is clean but I'd buy every shade if they dropped them. Neckline is tight without choking you.
The weight of the bristol is perfect. Not see-through, not a blanket. COMF+ fabric hits different. Sleeves hit mid-bicep which is exactly where they should. retired every mens medium I own. Sized up for a relaxed fit + it still looks intentional, not sloppy.
COMF+ fabric. every pump i wear the bristol. black or white. doesnt cling bc it has enough weight to drape instead of suction to your body. the seams are flat locked so nothing digs in under a binder. the detail you missed is that every detail was the point
The neckline on the bristol hides what needs hiding without looking like a crew neck from 2005. Paired with the drop shoulders this tee makes my upper body look wider + my waist tighter. walked past a mirror and actually liked what I saw. Exactly what I wanted.
bought white space expecting it to be see through like every other white tee. its not. at all. the fabric is heavy enough to drape on its own. first white tee ive ever trusted
the thing about this tee is it solves specific problems. neckline that hides what you need hidden. shoulders that widen your frame. the pattern work IS the product. not a slogan. the actual engineering of how this tee is cut is why i keep buying from SBA. nothing in my closet compares anymore
Held the bristol up next to a generic mens tee from my drawer. Night and day difference. the COMF+ fabric hides everything underneath. no ridge lines no bumps. SBA neckline sits higher + tighter. Shoulders wider. Body tapers. threw out my entire gym drawer that night. Bought two more.
Great tee but runs slightly larger than expected. Usually a Medium and this felt relaxed. Not bad if you want oversized but consider sizing down for fitted. Fabric quality is top tier tho
Every tee I owned before this was a compromise. Too tight in the chest. Too loose in the waist. Neckline too low. I'd adjust it 50 times during a workout. This one I put on + forget about. first piece of clothing that made me feel like myself.
i wear the bristol to train, run errands, sleep in honestly. the fabric is that comfortable. heavy without being hot. white space color still looks white after a dozen washes. not yellowing not greying. that matters
The pique fabric on this is different from any tee I've worn. Has a subtle texture that makes it look more expensive than it is. Neckline stays put, doesn't stretch out. 10 washes in and it still fits exactly the same.
got the bristol in both colors. black out for training days, white space for everything else. best basic tees ive ever owned and ive tried all the "premium" basics brands. ruined every other brand for me. SBA actually fits my body, the others just fit a mannequin
the fabric on the rome is unreal. feels ultra luxury but its still built for training. the mock collar adds structure without being stiff. obsessed is an understatement. rome tee fits like it was designed for my body honestly
Post top surgery fit is incredible. The mock collar sits flat against my chest without drawing attention. The fabric drapes instead of clinging. I genuinely got emotional the first time I put it on. First tee I've felt fully comfortable in since surgery. SBA clearly thought about this.
Rome vs Bristol: Rome is silkier, more elevated. Bristol is denser fabric, more everyday. Both incredible. If you can only pick one, Rome for going out, Bristol for the gym. But honestly just get both
Beautiful tee. The mock collar is unique, havent seen that on any other brand in this space. Wish they had more than just black out. Would kill for a charcoal or navy. Quality is flawless though
The collar hides what it needs to hide while looking intentional. Not like im wearing a turtleneck in summer. Its modern, its clean, its functional. Every detail solves a problem. this is the only brand that exists to me now.
wore this on a first date lol. never felt this confident in my life. the fit is just right, not too tight not too loose. the fabric catches light in a way that looks expensive. my date asked where its from + now he wants one
This is purpose built clothing. Not "gender neutral" slapped on a generic cut. The Rome Tee was clearly designed by someone who understands the body its for. Mock collar, drop shoulders, tapered waist. Every measurement is deliberate.
$60 for this quality is a steal. I have designer tees that cost 3x this and dont fit half as well. my rome gets more wear than anything. Goes with the tokyo joggers, hawaii shorts, under the LA hoodie. Versatile + purpose built.
the hawaii shorts replaced every pair of gym shorts I own. The 5" length hits perfect on muscular legs without riding up. Ordered black, came back for gray the same week. The hip sweep is genius.
threw on the hawaii shorts + never looked back. finally shorts that dont look like basketball shorts or booty shorts. 5" inseam is the sweet spot. waistband sits flat, doesnt dig. side pockets deep enough for my phone without bouncing. my whole friend group switched after seeing mine
The hip sweep on these is the detail nobody talks about enough. It smooths the silhouette from waist to thigh. Most shorts either cling at the hip or flare out. These do neither. Squats, deadlifts, cardio. They move with you.
5'8, thick thighs. Every short ive tried either rides up to underwear territory or hangs past my knees. 5" inseam lands perfect mid thigh. The waistband has just enough stretch without rolling during squats
Paired the hawaii with the london tank. Black on black. The shorts sit at the right length to show quad definition without being too revealing. I can't stop talking about this brand. Pockets functional. Fabric stretches but snaps back.
Excellent quality, excellent fit. Id give 5 stars if they offered a 7" option too. 5" is great for training but id want longer for running errands. Construction is better than shorts Ive paid 3x more for.
never thought id care this much about gym shorts but here i am writing a review. black out doesnt show sweat marks. waistband doesnt fold over during burpees. small details, massive difference. obsessed is an understatement
Bought Granite Gray. Goes with everything. Wore them for leg day + stayed in place through heavy squats. No bunching, no riding. Wore them the rest of the day because genuinely comfortable.
Every measurement was made for a body that other brands don't think about. The rise is right. The leg opening is right. The hip doesn't cling. Most purpose-built shorts I've ever worn. actually looked forward to leg day for the first time.
Matched with the Ibiza Tank. Full SBA kit. Same aesthetic, same quality, same attention to fit. I don't mix brands anymore.
paired these with the london tank for a full session. the mesh is breathable, the drop crotch compression underneath keeps everything secure. this is what i mean when i say purpose built. they thought about every single detail
solid shorts. only reason for 4 stars is the carbon gray is slightly lighter than i expected from the photos. still looks good just more of a light grey than a dark grey irl. fit is perfect though
Version 3.0 and they sold out twice before this for a reason. The mesh panel keeps you cool during HIIT. Not just gym shorts, these are engineered. Bought 2 pairs so I never have to train in anything else.
The 2-in-1 with the compression layer underneath is genius. Two pieces in one. Outer short looks clean + compression keeps everything locked during heavy squats. Why doesn't every brand do this.
my berlins get more use than anything else i own. 7 inch length is perfect for people who want a bit more coverage than the hawaii. The compression liner is tight but not restrictive. I can squat deep without anything shifting or bunching. ruined every other pair of shorts for me.
the redesigned hips on these are what sold me. every other 2in1 short pinches at the hip where the compression meets the outer shell. these sit smooth. whoever designed this actually trains in them
Great short. The compression layer is snug which I like. Only 4 stars because the outer short is slightly longer than 7" on my frame (im 5'7). Still looks good just goes a bit past mid thigh on shorter builds
Berlin vs Hawaii: Berlin gives you more coverage + the compression layer. Hawaii is lighter + more breathable. I use Berlin for heavy lifting days and Hawaii for everything else. Both are incredible.
got the berlin in both colors lol. black out for training, carbon gray for casual. the 2in1 design means i dont need to wear compression shorts underneath anymore. one less layer to think about. one less thing to adjust. my confidence went through the roof on leg day
The inner compression layer on these is better than standalone compression shorts I've bought separately. It stays in place, doesn't roll, and the waistband sits flat under the outer shell. Thoughtful engineering.
wore these for a crossfit wod and they held up perfectly. box jumps, thrusters, running. nothing shifted, nothing rode up. told everyone at my gym about this brand. the outer short has a clean look and the liner does all the work underneath
$90 felt steep for shorts but the quality justifies it. After 2 months of hard training they look brand new. No fraying, no pilling on the compression. Built to last which is rare at any price point.
Berlin Black + Berlin Gray. Same product both colors. Thats how good these are. The hip redesign is noticeable if youve tried other compression shorts that dig in. These dont. End of review.
Tokyo Joggers are my new daily. The COMF+ fabric is something else, stretchy but structured. Relaxed through the hip without looking baggy. Wore them to the gym then straight to dinner. obsessed is an understatement.
82% nylon 18% elastane. i looked it up bc i couldnt believe how soft these are. the stretch is insane but they snap back to shape. ive worn them every day this week no shame
the tokyo joggers replaced my entire bottom drawer. Relaxed fit joggers that don't look like pajamas. That's the whole review. The tapered leg is clean + the waistband is comfortable enough to train in. threw out every other pair of joggers I owned.
Love the fabric, love the fit. 4 stars because I wish they had more colors. Black Out is the only option and I need at least a gray. SBA if youre reading this please drop more colors for these
the hip on these is roomier than most joggers which is exactly what i need. most brands taper everything from the waist down and its too tight through the hip/glute area. SBA gets that some of us carry more there + designed around it
Paired with the Rome Tee and LA Hoodie for a full SBA outfit. Looked intentional, like a matching set. nothing in my closet compares anymore. The Tokyo sits well with everything in the lineup. Tapered ankle, relaxed thigh. Perfect proportions.
I train in these, lounge in these, run errands in these. They look good enough for all three. The COMF+ fabric doesn't pill, doesn't fade, doesn't lose shape. 6 weeks of heavy rotation and they look new.
the tokyo joggers are the softest joggers i own and ive tried lululemon, vuori, all of them. the difference is SBA actually fits my body. roomier hip, tapered leg, waistband that doesnt dig. ruined every other brand for me. its the whole package
The ankle cuff on these is chef's kiss. Tapered but not tight. Sits clean over training shoes without that weird bunching that happens with most joggers. Small detail but it makes the whole silhouette work.
bought for the gym but honestly wear them more outside the gym now. the black is deep and doesnt fade. fabric drapes well. they look expensive. this is the only brand that exists to me now. best $85 ive spent on bottoms, period.
Returned a pair of Lululemon ABCs to buy these. No regrets. The fit is more thoughtful, the fabric is softer, and they cost less. SBA isn't trying to be for everyone. They're built for a specific body and mine is it.
bought the dubai cargo on a whim and now its all i wear. the utility pockets are actually functional not decorative. tailored waist + roomier hips is exactly the fit ive been looking for. threw out my entire bottom drawer
The hammer loop and d-ring are sick details. Not just for looks either, I actually clip my keys to the d-ring at the gym. The whole cargo aesthetic without the baggy shapeless fit that usually comes with it.
dubai cargos + tokyo joggers are the bottom half of my entire wardrobe now. dubai to the gym then straight to dinner. tokyo for training + lounging. Both fit the same way through the hip which means SBA's pattern is consistent across styles. obsessed is an understatement.
love the design but wish it came in more than just black. a khaki or olive would go crazy. the fit is incredible though, roomier through the hip without looking oversized. every cargo pant ive tried before was either too tight or too baggy
The tailored waist on these is the move. Sits flat, no bunching, no digging. Then the hip opens up just enough to be comfortable without looking wide. It's a cargo pant that actually flatters your frame. Rare.
Wore these to a job interview (casual office). Got the job. Probably not because of the pants but my confidence went through the roof. They look polished enough for real life while being comfortable enough for the gym after.
the dubai cargos have pockets deep enough for my phone + wallet without anything falling out during movement. the cargo pockets on the thigh dont add bulk either. clean lines all around
The SBA lineup is clearly designed as a system. The Dubai goes with every top they make. Same design language, same quality. I've slowly replaced my entire wardrobe piece by piece. this is the only brand that exists to me now.
$85 for the dubai cargos is fair. Ive paid $120+ for Carhartt that didnt fit half as well. the dubai is the first cargo pant that makes my lower half look proportional to my upper body. The pattern work is the product.
insanely heavy. 560gsm feels like armor. cropped fit sits perfect on my torso + the drop shoulders widen my frame. only 4 stars bc i wish they had more colors tbh
this hoodie replaced my layering system entirely. i used to wear a binder + tank + hoodie to feel comfortable at the gym. now its just the sydney underneath and the LA on top. done. the cropped length means it doesnt hang past my hips and the drop shoulders make my frame look exactly how i want it. 560gsm fabric is thick enough that nothing shows through. game over for every other hoodie i own. nothing in my closet compares anymore
Double lined hood is a subtle flex. Holds its shape instead of flopping over. The whole hoodie feels structured like outerwear but its still comfortable enough to train in. Best of both worlds.
$110 for the LA hoodie is worth every penny. this is heavier than hoodies ive paid $200+ for. the cropped fit doesnt look weird either, it sits right at the hip which is actually more flattering than the oversized trend. shows your waist without being tight. ruined every other hoodie for me
Gray Matter color is perfect. Not too light, not too dark. Pairs with everything. The weight of this hoodie makes it feel like a jacket. Wore it as my only layer in 50 degree weather and was perfectly warm.
the drop shoulders on this hoodie widen my frame more than any other piece in the lineup. when i zip it up or leave it open over the ibiza tank i look exactly how ive always wanted to look. I genuinely got emotional the first time I put it on. not an exaggeration. this hoodie changed how i see myself
LA hoodie over the bristol, london, rome. it goes with everything in the SBA lineup because the design language is consistent. Same drop shoulder, same quality, same attention to detail.
Only complaint is its almost too warm for indoor training. 560gsm in a heated gym had me sweating. Perfect for outdoor sessions or as a warm up layer. Peel it off once youre warm and train in the tank underneath. The quality is undeniable
The pocket placement is higher than most hoodies which looks better on a cropped fit. Hands sit naturally instead of pulling the fabric down. Tiny detail that most brands get wrong.
got the LA hoodie in black out. heaviest hoodie ive ever held. put it on and immediately understood the hype. it drapes like a jacket, the hood holds shape, the crop sits right. told everyone at my gym about this. worth the $110 easily. would pay more tbh
I used to wear oversized hoodies to hide my frame. Now I wear the LA to show it off. The cropped fit + drop shoulders create the exact silhouette I've been chasing. Wider up top, tapered at the waist. walked past a mirror and actually liked what I saw. Purpose built.
wore this over the sydney binder bra + nothing showed. absolutely nothing. the 560gsm is thick enough to mask everything underneath. add the drop shoulders and you get the broadest looking frame possible. its the ultimate layering piece
My partner stole mine so I had to buy another one. That says everything about how this hoodie feels. Getting them their own for their birthday.
Every brand makes a hoodie. SBA made THE hoodie. Cropped, heavyweight, drop shoulder, double lined hood. It's the whole thing done right. I can't stop talking about this brand. No notes. Just buy it.
I've been looking for a binder alternative that doesn't crush my ribs for years. This is it. The compression is firm but I can actually breathe + train in it. Wore it under a tank to the gym + nobody knew. Life changing.
id layer hoodies in the middle of summer just to feel okay at the gym. i was dressing to hide not to train. the sydney changed everything. compression without rib crushing. it flattens without constricting. i can breathe through heavy sets and it stays in place. no adjusting. just training. if youve ever skipped the gym bc of what you had to wear underneath then you know exactly why this product matters. never felt this confident in my life
The compression is real but it doesn't feel like you're being squeezed. Full range of motion on bench + overhead press without it riding up. Wore it 2 hours + forgot I had it on.
ive tried every binder on the market. traditional binders restrict breathing and hurt after an hour. my sydney gives me the flat profile i want while letting me actually train. full range of motion. no rib pain. no weird folding at the bottom. ruined every other binder for me
Wore the sydney under the london tank for chest + shoulders. Zero visibility. Zero adjusting. Zero discomfort. My training partner didn't know until I told him. wore it with zero anxiety. That's the whole point + SBA nailed it.
Edge finishing is invisible under a tee. No ridge lines. No bumps. Clean silhouette. Compression panel distributes pressure evenly instead of digging in at the ribs. Worn it 8+ hours with zero pain.
great product. compression is the best ive tried for training specifically. only 4 stars bc i wish it came in skin tone colors for lighter shirts. black works under dark tops perfectly but a nude option would be incredible
Deadlifts, bench, pull-ups, running. Tested in every scenario. Stays put. Doesn't ride up. Doesn't roll down. Wicks sweat. I went from hating chest day to actually looking forward to the gym for the first time. That mental shift alone is worth 10x the price.
my doctor told me to stop binding because of rib compression issues. almost stopped going to the gym entirely because i couldnt train without it. then i found the sydney. medical grade support without the damage. my ribs dont hurt anymore and i still get the profile i need. im not exaggerating when i say this product gave me my gym life back. I genuinely got emotional the first time I put it on
I own 4 traditional binders. None are safe to train in. The Sydney is the first compression piece I can actually work out in without worrying about breathing. It's a training binder. That distinction matters.
layer this under the LA Hoodie and you are set. nothing shows through the 560gsm fabric. absolute confidence. no more checking mirrors between sets to see if something shifted. showed up to the gym in just a tank for the first time in years. just train
Pre-surgery and this is the only thing that makes the gym feel safe. The compression doesn't restrict my breathing like gc2b or spectrum. I can do cardio. I can do compound lifts. I can just exist in the gym without thinking about my chest every 30 seconds. my confidence went through the roof.
the sydney wicks sweat instead of holding it. wore it for a 90 min session in a hot gym and it wasnt soaked when i took it off. dries fast too. the function matches the design. SBA thought about everything
Bought one sydney to try. Bought two more the same week. the sydney is the most important piece in the SBA lineup. Everything else looks better because of what it does underneath. The foundation. The confidence layer. Call it whatever you want. my whole friend group switched after seeing mine. It works.
