Shipping

Orders fulfill from our Los Angeles warehouse through the shipping services available for your address at checkout.

Where we ship

We use Shopify Markets and ShipHero to route orders through available carrier services. If your address returns a shipping method at checkout, we can ship there. If no method appears, we do not currently have reliable service for that destination.

Rates and timing

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $110 USD. Standard shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days once the carrier has the package. Expedited shipping is listed at checkout as 2 business days where available.

International orders

Duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or customs charges may be collected at checkout or by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless they are clearly included at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after label creation.

30-day exchanges

Exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags attached and original packaging intact. All sale and discounted purchases are final sale — exchange or store credit only, no cash refunds unless required by law. Gift cards, duties, taxes, import fees, and return shipping costs are not refundable. Start an exchange at app.corso.com/scared-but-alive or contact support@scaredbutalive.com.
